Why Should Hotels Estimate the Zero Commission Model for Booking?

Hi, 

I am developing a travel website where my hotel partners can sign up for a monthly or annual subscription fee. They are able to create a unique complex page that only links to their own booking engine hosted on their website. As a result, visitors depart my site to make reservations or ask questions as a consequence.

If your software or plugins can simulate an OTA booking platform but without any commission, e.g., a traveler would be able to search, book, and pay directly with the hotel but without leaving my site. Only hotels that have signed up for my monthly or annual plan should be able to use this.

To access their booking engine, pulling room kinds, R&A, regulations, etc., I would want a connection.

How would you design such an integration?

One more thing: where do you find your R&A in your "Travel Booking Engine"? Who pays the hotel, and who takes the payment from the traveler?
