Can I buy travel plugins and widgets now and upgrade them later?

Hello, I am asking that If I purchase the "All-in-One Travel API Plugins & Widgets" now, can I upgrade to the "White Label Travel Portal" later? If yes, would I need to pay an additional amount, or would the amount I paid for the first package is applied towards the upgrade?
