What Is The Best Way to Create a Website For Selling Packaged And Resort Vacations?

I want to develop a website that is similar to [url_hidden] that provides packaged vacations, such as resorts, all-inclusive, etc. With which of your plugins would you enable me to accomplish this? It appears that you have the plugin for booking packaged vacations. I can see that you have two options: markup-based and commission-based. Would those be the best options? The primary difference between the markup and commission-based model is the way the payment flows:

 

Markup-based model: In order to pay their expenses and turn a profit, the distributor purchases products from the manufacturer at a specific price and then sells them to customers at a higher price, effectively marking up the price to cover their costs and make a profit. The margin is the difference between the selling price and the purchase price.

 

  • You will receive net rates for hotels and flights.
  • Add your own markup (controlled by the Travelopro Dashboard) and sell it at your end.
  • The settlement between Travelopro and your agency will be done either via post or prepayment. Depending on the strategy you decide on.

 

Commission-based model: Distributors who work on a commission basis, where they earn a percentage of the sales they generate. Under this model, distributors might not necessarily take ownership of the products they sell but act as intermediaries between the manufacturer and the customer. They receive a commission for facilitating the sale.

 

  • A built-in checkout option is included.
  • All payments for further real-time reservations are sent to Travelopro.
  • From your Travelopro Dashboard, you will be able to calculate your own commission.
  • All of your bookings and earned commissions will be shown on your dashboard.
