What Is The Best Way To Create A Website Dedicated to Hotels Bookings Easily?

I want to create a website that is solely focused on hotel bookings. I have previously worked with Travelpayouts on a variety of websites that provide all booking options. However, I want to create a separate website that is only focused on hotels. I know that Travelpayouts works with Hotellook, which is the main website searching for hotels. Though, booking.com is missing. I need the functionality of booking.com to integrate into the overall search engine results of the best deals. Not as a separate widget only. At this time, I have not begun anything. Could you take care of everything and assist me? I will have to create a new account with Travelpayouts. I'm looking for someone to take care of everything because I don't have the time to do everything myself. I can grant you access to the server and anything else. I would want a website and app similar to hotellook.com.
